We built the entire system around eliminating that gap completely so the first call happens before the lead even closes the tab.
2. Removing the Human from the First Touch
Replacing Agent Dependency with an AI Voice Agent
Every minute an agent spends deciding whether to call is a minute the lead spends considering someone else. We designed Sarah, the AI voice agent, to make that decision irrelevant. The moment a lead enters the CRM Sarah calls automatically within 2 to 5 minutes with no human needed to trigger it. The agent only enters the picture after qualification is already done.

Agents were claiming leads were unreachable with no way to verify it. Replacement requests were hurting margins and there was no data to push back with. We built the system to log every single call outcome with a timestamp so there would always be a clear record of what happened, when it happened and what the lead said.
4. Building the SMS Safety Net
No Lead Left Without a Contact Attempt
A voice call alone is not enough. Some people do not answer unknown numbers but will respond to a text. If the call goes unanswered the system automatically sends a follow-up SMS so every lead receives at least one meaningful contact attempt regardless of whether they pick up the phone.
5. Qualifying at the Gate
Only Verified Interest Reaches the Agent
Rather than forwarding every lead to an agent and hoping for the best we built qualification into the call itself. The AI checks whether the person is still looking to buy and whether they have already signed with another agent. Only leads who pass both checks get routed forward. Everything else is logged and closed automatically.
